Ashley van der Meulen, a certified and licensed professional inspector with
more than two decades worth of experience, Compass Inspection Services
provides a variety of inspection services with the help of the industry’s most
up-to-date technologies.
Ashley has completed more than ten-thousand inspections including residential, commercial, thermal/infrared imaging and stucco inspections. Ashley specializes in general property purchase inspections and moisture source identification in buildings. At Compass Inspection Service, we assemble data at our inspections and interpret it to create detailed narrative and pictured reports to relay our findings effectively to you. We also offer repair recommendations and can offer the approximate cost to cure a multitude of construction issues.
